Benefits

Health and Life – We subsidize a major portion of all premium contributions. Coverage includes prescription drugs as well as options for vision and dental. Benefits include basic life insurance, AD&D, dependent life and travel accident insurance. Additional voluntary life and personal accident insurance is also available.

Paid Time Off (PTO) – Program combines vacation and paid time off (PTO) under one plan. Eligible employees receive a minimum of 22 days of PTO per year which can be used for sick, personal and vacation time.

Profit Sharing – Everyone in the company is eligible for our profit sharing program.

401(k) Plan – Professionals can contribute pre-tax dollars to a 401(k) plan with a variety of investment options. Our professionals are eligible for a 401(k) match.

Professional and Technical Certifications – We support the continuing education and professional development of our employees.

Dependent Care Reimbursement Account – Employees can set aside up to $5,000 of pre-tax salary for annual IRS-eligible dependent care expenses.

WageWorks Transit – Employees can elect to have pre-tax salary deducted to pay for commuting costs for public transportation, vanpools and parking.
